The hotel's convenient on-site parking garage and pet-friendly policy were ideal for my needs as a traveler with a furry companion and a car. The noise from the nearby construction site impacted the tranquility of the room, affecting the overall experience. However, the friendly staff and reasonable breakfast options, especially by the picturesque Volkspark Friedrichshain, added value to the stay. The complimentary late check-out on Sundays was a thoughtful touch. In conclusion, NH Berlin Alexanderplatz offers decent amenities for the price, but improvements in service consistency and noise insulation would enhance the overall value proposition.
